TEAM

We are proud of our team and what they do to personalize the closing process. Your closing agent is available to you, throughout the transaction, to field all of your questions, via any form of communication you prefer. You can expect a closing agent who is interested in a smooth and accurate Closing. Each agent is an expert in their county and understands what it takes to tackle the hurdles of closing on your new home or selling your property.

President

As the owner and leader of my team, I bring 23 years of Escrow and Title experience to the small mountain towns of the Western Slope.  I love to train others to learn about the business. I pride myself with attention to details within the closing process. My family of 6 are at home in Telluride where I first started as a ski instructor on the slopes. I love to support my 4 kids with their family passion for ice hockey, skiing and mountain biking. My business is built on one-on-one connections with each of my team members as well as my customers. I forge this connection by involving myself in community activities.

I bring 22 years of Hospitality Sales to our team as our new  Account Executive. I am excited to learn all I can about the title business and am super excited about my future with our company. I love the valley for its diversity, beauty and challenges. Most of all, I love to ski, camp, mountain bike and raft. My little Yorkie, Gizmo, warms my heart. Summer finds me enjoying the Blues & Brews Festival & Ride Fest! My two sons fill my days with adventure.

I have been working with Anneliese since 2015 as her Escrow Assistant. My previous job as a librarian gave me organizational/detail skills that support my current position. Like many others, I came to Colorado to ski and never left. I love the changing of the seasons and the 300 days of sunshine in our state. I spend my free time volunteering at my son's Ridgway Elementary school and am involved with The Friends of Ridgway Schools Committee.
